It seems this blog has become a target for random hack attempts from afar. I doubt my ramblings actually attracted the attention of real humans but automated bots troll the net for unsuspecting marks and when I started adding links on YouTube, that threw my address into the deep end of the pool.
Expect some added security checks at the gate soon. Probably some sort of “are you human?” challenge when you first visit to keep those pesky electronic Russian devils at bay. If you accidentally get caught in the dragnet and can’t see this site in the near future, just send an email from the NorthFarthing main site and I’ll take steps to let you back into the fold. Or just check back shortly because it might simply be my ham-fisted efforts at security causing a problem.
